Our staff have over 35 years combined experience in Component Overhaul and can quickly troubleshoot and repair component, transmission and hub issues to minimise AOG. Members of our team have had hands-on factory training at Bell Helicopters, Schweizer, Dunlop and MD Helicopters, learning directly from the OEM and integrating their processes and repair schemes into our own in-house services.
We understand that any time an aircraft is on the ground is lost revenue, which is why our team offer a comprehensive pool of exchange and lease modules to reduce our customers’ AOG. Able to freight modules overnight within New Zealand, Australia and parts of the Pacific, our Components team work together with their customers to ensure their operations are airborne sooner.

We offer a detailed 5-year inspection including proof load testing as well as electrical and manual release load testing at max operating load, reducing the cost of OEM requirements without compromising on quality or safety.
