Our manufacturing division, lead by Russell Goulden, was established as a result of requests for the design and manufacture of specialist role equipment for rotorcraft. Through the development stages of those initial requests, we strove to collaborate with operators, designing products that were cost effective, reliable and that ultimately increased an operator’s payload. Our products are a result of infield requirements by operators over the years and in some cases items such as the MD Helicopters agricultural spray system have been in wide use throughout New Zealand for the past 20 years.
With our assemblies attaining NZCAA STCs they are automatically accepted in Australia as well as other countries located in Asia, South America and Africa. We also work on gaining STCs for our equipment in other countries. For example our AS350 Cargo Pod is approved for use in Canada.
"Product development and creation is driven by client demand, industry trend and underpinned by a mandate to be innovative, organic and most importantly functional."

We have put thousands of hours into the research and development for each of our assemblies to ensure key operator requirements are met and safety standards are maintained while keeping the functionality for each assembly as our focus. Working alongside operators during the R & D phase has allowed us to confidently say that our equipment has met the needs of the industry.
